People Snake & Ladder is a game site. By using it you agree to play fairly and not to interfere with the game, other players or the site itself.

Coins are virtual. They are for use in the game only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another account.

Your account. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Accounts found cheating, automating play or abusing the site may be closed, and any coins on them are lost.

Refunds. If something goes wrong with a purchase — coins do not arrive, you are charged twice, or a fault on the site stops the game working — tell us and we will try to fix it first. Most problems can be sorted out in a few minutes.

If we cannot fix it, you get your money back. That is the whole policy. We are not going to keep your money for something that did not work.

What is not refundable is simply changing your mind. Coins are delivered to your account the moment a payment clears, so once they are spent in the game they cannot be returned.

The service. The game is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it running but cannot promise it will never be down.

Privacy

What we keep. Your player name, your email address, your coin balance and your order history. That is what an account needs to work.

Your password. Stored scrambled, not as text. Nobody here can read it, which is also why we can never tell you what it is.

Card details. We never see them. Payments are handled entirely by our card provider, and your card number never touches this site.

We do not sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to anyone. It is used to run your account and nothing else.

Deleting your account. Ask us and we will remove it, along with your personal details. Records of completed orders are kept where the law requires it.

Cookies

We keep the number of cookies down to what the site genuinely needs.

No advertising cookies. No tracking across other websites. Nobody is following you around the internet because of us.

Clearing your browser data removes all of it. You will simply be signed out and your cart will be empty next time.
